    I wish the shipping estimator on this and other Volvo dealer's parts sites was configured so I could input the applicable zip code myself instead of the site trying to guess my zip code based on my IP address. In this case, it resulted in a higher estimated S&H cost and I nearly moved on to another site. Everyone uses VPN's these days so basing estimated shipping on the automation to get it right may be costing you business.

    Easy to find the part I needed, the part was in-stock, the price was competitive, and shipping was free. What's not to like? :-) I guess if I had to pick on one thing, the VIN / parts compatibility checker said this part "may not fit" and I should contact the dealership... but I know it will because the part # label info exactly matches what's on the broken part I pulled off of my car.

    I paid for this with PayPal. The PayPal invoice was for $84.83. PayPal appears to have added the $5.43 tax a second time on top of the $79.00 charge from Kline which already included the $5.43 tax. Obviously I need to get a refund for the second $5.43 tax charge.     Online ordering was great. Seems like there is a very weird disconnect though, between the parts department and the online ordering. If I walked in and ordered at the parts desk, my order would have been nearly $100 more. Makes me feel like you are trying to take advantage of your local customer base.
